Your Sites Current Effectiveness

If your site isn’t optimized well and doesn’t convert visits into leads so you can close them then your #1 priority should be to fix this before you spend money driving more business.

How effective is your site? This is something that can only really be told by looking into the analytics code (I recommend Google Analytics because it’s free and it tells you everything you’ll need to know) and also be setting up goals that can be tracked. For example how many people sign up for your newsletter, how many clients purchase, what pages are you losing the most traffic on? and so on.

The point is make sure your site is optimized and a well oiled machine along with all your tracking code in place so you can continually monitor it’s effectiveness and squeeze every dollar out of your SEO or PPC campaigns. If you don’t optimize it will actually cost you more per click in Adwords because this is taken into effect with the Quality Score.

I’m personally certified by Google in both Adwords and Analytics and can help give you optimization suggestions as part of a free consultation if you want to contact me …
